Acupuncture is one part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is based on the understanding that the healthy function of the body relies on the smooth flow of Qi through a network of channels under the skin. When this flow is disrupted, whether by emotional stress, physical injury, poor diet, or overwork, symptoms and illness can arise.

By inserting fine needles at specific points along these channels, acupuncture helps restore the flow of Qi, bringing the body back into balance and activating its natural healing processes.

Acupuncture treats the root of an issue and supports the whole person — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I often collaborate with other health practitioners and welcome lab results or scans to support a more integrated approach to care.

See below for treatment options and if this is your first time seeing me, book an "Initial Acupuncture assessment and treatment."

Note: Acupuncture is provided by a Registered Acupuncturist and is covered under most insurance plans.
